EZ Voice LLC • everything a parent, teacher or therapist has told us • one database, sorted and ranked
These are people's own words, and some of them left an email address for a reply. Not public.
Newest first. Set a tier and a status on each one; it saves as you change it.
| A fault. Tier 1 or 2 | “This isn't working.” The parent is told what happened and how it was fixed. A reply is owed. |
| A suggestion. Tier 3 or 4 | Logged in the same database, sorted and ranked with everything else, and genuinely weighed. No reply is owed. |
Frank, 23 Sep 2026: “Parents don't have to see what happened to their suggestion to be an equal stakeholder. Just the fact that the data is being used and their suggestions are being heard and considered, that makes them a stakeholder... But when it comes to suggestions, we don't have to answer every single person that gives us a suggestion. That's crazy.”
| 1 | The child cannot speak. Drop everything. |
| 2 | Wrong word, wrong picture, wrong behaviour. |
| 3 | A missing feature. |
| 4 | Could be better. |
Frank's tiers, 14 Sep 2026. A report arrives with no tier; somebody sets it here.
One door, three roles: parent, teacher, therapist. The apps post here from the About card, and the website form posts to the same place. Nothing is stored but the words typed, an optional email, and which app and build it came from. No address, no device identifier.
