myEZvoice Pro is an unlisted store app. It does not appear in search. Your district’s private link installs it on any iPad, iPhone or Android device, managed or not, and it updates through the store like any other app.
Each device joins your organization with a join code from your portal. The code counts one seat. No student names are entered anywhere.
From the web, on any device
Install from app.ezvoxa.com to the home screen, enter the join code, done. Same app, same code, no Apple ID or Google account needed. This is the path for a classroom that has devices but no store accounts.
Districts that require everything through Apple School Manager can receive myEZvoice Pro as a custom app for their organization ID, invoiced by us.
On devices we ship
For programs that want a dedicated communication device: supervised phones locked to the app, shipped configured with your join code. Priced separately on the quote when a district asks for it.
Updates once or twice a year. Nothing on a device changes on its own between releases, and your administrator gets a release note by email before each one. Backup and restore is built in: a device can export its buttons and settings to a file and restore them on a replacement device. The file stays with the district. We never hold it.

What your purchasing office needs from us
- Purchase orders accepted. Invoices carry your PO number. Net 45 terms.
- W-9 and certificate of insurance on request, before or with the quote.
- Sole source letter provided on company letterhead. EZ Voice LLC is the copyright owner of myEZvoice Pro.
- Vendor application forms completed on request.
- For Florida districts: computer software bought directly from the copyright owner is exempt from competitive solicitation under Florida Administrative Code Rule 6A-1.012.
Purchasing thresholds and forms vary by district. Send us yours and we will follow them.
No student data. That is a design rule, not a setting.
- No student names, records or identifiers on our servers, ever. The app’s data stays on the device.
- Our server holds only your organization, its seat count, its administrators, its devices by join code, and its orders.
- Portal sign-in by emailed link. No passwords to leak. Sessions expire. Every action is logged with who and when.
- Join codes expire and are single-use per device. Remove a device from the portal and its seat is freed and that device is locked.
- Purchase orders, invoices, W-9 and insurance certificate are stored in your portal, so your purchasing office gets everything from one page.
myEZvoice Pro contains no family features: no texting, no family alerts, no shared contacts, no location. Those belong to the family edition and are not in the school build.
myEZvoice helps someone communicate. It is not a medical device and does not replace 911.
Bring in a district, earn a credit.
A district that brings in another district earns a credit on its next order. We record who referred whom, so the credit is applied automatically when the second district’s order is paid. Terms are set on your quote.
